Concetta DeLaurentis, Connie, a resident of Tuckahoe, NY, passed away on May 9th at White Plains Hospital after a brave four week battle with the Covid-19 virus. Connie was born on July 22, 1940 in NYC to Carmela Celano. Connie was the very definition of unconditional love. Whether you knew her for years or for a day, she made you feel so special. She was an excellent cook, and cherished Christmas Eve celebrations with her family. She was famous for her struffoli and stuffed artichokes. She was a fierce and loyal friend and will be missed by all who knew her. Faith, Family and Friends were her life; and love, loyalty and kindness were her most important values. She has left a beautiful legacy for all of us. She is survived by her 3 children: Margaret Ann, John and Tina Marie (Scott) and the loves of her life, her 3 granddaughters: Bianca, Gianna and Angelina. Waiting to welcome her into Heaven was her true love, Anthony DeLaurentis. Connie’s family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, first responders and therapists who lovingly cared for her during her illness.
