My dad was my hero. He worked tirelessly throughout my life to make sure I always had what I needed. He was incredibly passionate about his job with Moose International and raising money for Mooseheart and Moosehaven. He was my first boss, softball coach, Santa at my elementary school, and my best friend. He was so loved by many many people. He lit up the room with his humor and quick wit. I will forever have a hole in my heart because he’s gone, but I know he’ll always be with me in spirit.

  1. My love, my heart and soul. You’ll never know how much I miss you! Don or “Big Guy” was my and oh so many others inspiration. He had eyes that were as bright as any star and a heart bigger than anyone I know. He was generous and loving. He gave everything his all and then some . I and our children were the luckiest people to have had him in our lives. My heart hurts without you here, but I’ll carry you forever in it. Love you always. His favorite entertainer was Frank Sinatra and he lived life “HIS WAY”

  2. I’m so glad you did this with me. And we met on the internet. Our parents died a couple days from each other. I know were both hurting bad hopefully talking to one another we can get through it. My mother’s pic is the next spot below your father’s. Thank you for telling your story.
